Excellent service and arrived on time. Had a outdoor water line leak that needed to be fixed asap. Called at midnight and was able to make an appointment for that morning! Nathan helped us out when we needed and will call again for any future needs.

We had just installed new laminate flooring when the kitchen drain leaked. My husband was able to temporarily stop the leak. I went to Google and looked for plumbers near me and Active Plumbing popped up with a 5 star rating. I called and made arrangements for them to come out the next day. Nathan showed up right on time. Took a look, explained the problem and the solution. He thoroughly explained what had to be done, some options and the cost of each. We agreed on the work and the price and he set to work. He was neat, clean and efficient. The job was done in about two hours, all the while working around my dream stove being installed. Nathan was a sweetheart of a young man, neat, clean and very personable. I couldn't be happier.

Today was the first time I used Active Plumbing. Our water heater kicked the bucket and I was relieved to find 24 hour service nearby. Walter came out, gave me a fair quote, and I said Yes. This was not a rush job: taking out the old one, getting and installing the new one, making sure everything worked properly. The best part was that Walter patiently answered my questions. I learned a lot from him and will request his service next time I need a plumber (likely sooner than later).
